2025: Not the Start We Expected, But The Comeback You Deserve!

Well, 2025 started with a thud instead of a bang for Midknight Heroes. Life decided to throw a wrench (or maybe a whole toolbox) into our grand plans, sidelining me for a good chunk of the year's beginning. Talk about a curveball! It certainly messed with our trajectory, but it couldn't derail one crucial thing: my newfound obsession with Blender and the epic redesign of our entire SEED line!
Yep, you heard that right! Our beloved SEED line is getting a complete glow-up, built from the ground up with a brand-new game in mind. We're talking core mechanics inspired by Dual Fate, and while we're still hammering out all the nitty-gritty details, trust us, this is going to be an absolute blast!
One unexpected silver lining of being a bit "incapacitated" was diving headfirst into Blender. It became my mental escape, and honestly? My sculpting skills are leveling up like crazy! Each new model I create is better than the last, and that's fantastic news for you.
Gear Up! Our Next Kickstarter is Going to Be HUGE!
So, what's the plan for unleashing all this new awesomeness? A massive Kickstarter, of course! Here’s the lowdown:
STL Powerhouse with Limited Physicals: We've learned a lot, and for now, running a huge physical fulfillment just isn't feasible for our small but mighty team. So, this will be primarily a .STL Kickstarter, packed to the brim with digital files. However, we will have a very limited physical pledge level, so if you want those tangible goodies, you'll need to jump in fast!
A Treasure Trove of Minis! Get ready for a monumental haul! This Kickstarter is going to be absolutely BURSTING with .STL files! While the main focus is building out the shiny new SEED line, we'll also be discontinuing our Sector 7 line to focus intensely on Dual Fate and the new SEED game. This means every single miniature from Sector 7, plus all current SEED characters, SEEDS Plus, and more, will be bundled into this one Kickstarter. Seriously, you're getting one heck of a deal!
Loads of SEED-y Stretch Goals: Expect most, if not all, stretch goals to be brand-new SEED sculpts as I churn them out. Of course, if something super cool pops up, we might surprise you!
Targeting Late 2025! Right now, we're eyeing an October/November-ish launch. The exact timing depends on the sculpting progress and how epic I can make these models!
