Orin the good-hearted and former priest of The Order of Light. Orin has a kind soul, that's why he joined the order as a young priest. After joining he very quickly rose in the ranks and even served under the last Life Bringer as her personal healer and friend. He was at the battle and watched her death at the hands of The Dark One. This was difficult for him to bear and caused him to leave the order seeking to get in touch with his own self. His first stop. An old mentor or father figure of his, a grand wizard, Torstan. To his shock, he found that he was no longer among the living and had passed his beloved book to his granddaughter Essa. Orin took it upon himself to help the young lady and believed this was his new calling. Currently, he travels with Essa teaching her the ways of magic and showing her that there is more to her than she thinks.
